Millar Road Structure Plan
The City of Kwinana has received a Structure Plan for Lots 89, 62 and 1219 Millar Road Wellard prepared by consultants on behalf of Woolcoot Development Pty Ltd.
The Structure Plan forms the final step in completing the Wellard East development area and comprises 39.56ha of land bounded by Millar Road to the South, Woolcoot Road to the east, an existing drainage reserve to the north and the East Wellard development front to the west.
The Structure Plan proposes the creation of a residential neighborhood with densities ranging from R25 to R40 delivering approximately 460 dwellings, a local centre and open space.

Submissions
Submissions on the proposed Millar Road Structure Plan may be made using the Submission Form before 15th March 2026. Alternatively, submissions may be emailed to Planning.Team@kwinana.wa.gov.au or can be made in writing and posted to City of Kwinana, PO Box 21, Kwinana WA 6966
