Amendment 3 to the Anketell South Local Structure Plan (ASLSP) has been lodged with the City of Kwinana in accordance with the Planning and Development Regulations 2015.

Amendment 3 proposes to the zoning of Lot 43 corner Thomas Road and Treeby Road, Anketell from ‘Residential (R80)' to ‘Commercial’.

Amendment 3 has been prepared by town planning consultants on behalf of 6530 Investments PTY Ltd (the land owners). The following technical documents have been prepared by the other specialist consultants to support the precinct structure plan:

  • Transport Impact Assessment
  • Net Benefit Test
  • Bushfire Management Plan
  • Revised Stormwater Modelling

Submissions on Amendment 3 to the Anketell South Local Structure Plan may be made in writing and lodged with the undersigned on or before Monday, 30 June 2025. Written submissions can lodged on this site, posted to City of Kwinana, PO Box 21, Kwinana WA 6966 or emailed to admin@kwinana.wa.gov.au.

The Western Australia Planning Commission (WAPC) is the determining authority for approval of structure plans. As a local government, the City is required to provide a report to the WAPC on the planning merits of the proposal, and matters raised in submissions.
