The Proposal

The key details of the proposal are as follows:

• New 1,293sqm two-storey commercial development comprising:

• 164sqm pharmacy and 88sqm café on ground floor with shared lobby
• 955sqm Medical Clinic on upper floor, providing 20 consulting rooms for general practitioner, skin specialist, dentist, and future expansion area

• The Medical Clinic and pharmacy will operate 7am-7pm on weekdays and 9am-5pm on weekends. The Café will operate 6am-10pm on weekdays and weekends.
• Full movement vehicle access on Quartermaine Boulevard and Ainsworth Crescent.
• 73 bay carpark partly located on existing vegetated Western Power easement area.
• 547sqm landscaping area, with associated signage and bin store.
