The City of Kwinana is inviting your comments on a Development Application for a Child Care Centre at the above address.
The Proposal
The key details of the proposal are as follows:
The entire dwelling will be used as a Child Care Centre, including the backyard as an outdoor play area, and no person will permanently reside at the dwelling
Operating hours will be Monday to Friday, 7am to 6pm
The centre will have maximum of 5 staff
The maximum number of children at any one time will be 23
The existing garage will be converted for use as part of the Child Care Centre
A total of two (2) parking spaces will be provided on the lot within the existing driveway
Pick-up and drop-off of children is proposed to occur within the existing driveway
It is expected that any overflow parking will need to be accommodated off-site and potentially within Brassica Street.
