• An associated outdoor play area for exclusive use by children in the care of the Child Care Centre.
• Seventeen (17) drop off / pick up bays to the front (south side) of the Child Care Centre.
• Twenty-seven (27) staff parking bays to the rear (north side) of the Child Care Centre.
