Mental Health Week 2025

Mental Health Week runs from 6-10 October 2025 and is a chance for us all to pause, reflect, and put wellbeing at the centre of our daily lives. This year’s theme highlights the importance of connection, self-care, and supporting one another.

Throughout the week, we invite you to join activities designed to boost wellbeing, spark conversations, and provide practical tools for maintaining mental health. Whether it’s moving your body, learning a new skill, or simply taking time out for yourself, there’s something for everyone to take part in.

Together, we can reduce stigma, raise awareness, and create a community where looking after mental health is a priority.

  • We’re inviting our community to take a few minutes to complete this short survey as part of Mental Health Week.

Your responses will help us better understand how people in our community look after their mental wellbeing, where they go for support, and what kinds of programs or activities are most useful. This feedback will directly inform the development of our upcoming Public Health Plan, ensuring it reflects real needs and lived experiences.

Thank you for being part of the conversation.
