Kwinana Mums Who Move - Mondays - Baseline Feb 2023

A new and free tailored exercise program for all mums interested in:


• Post-natal training
• Improving your general fitness, well-being, and energy
• Meeting other Kwinana mums
• Bringing your baby/child along with you
Creating healthy habits for yourself and your child

IMPORTANT: Recommendations for safe return to exercise after pregnancy are approximately 6 weeks after a natural birth, and 8-10 weeks after a C-section. Please ensure that you have had your 6-week check-up with your GP and have been cleared to exercise.
