Gym Basics For Women - Baseline Feb 2023

This program is suitable for women who are new to the gym, or a beginner, and want to learn how to use the equipment and machines, how to exercise their body and specific muscles, and how to put a workout together. 

You just need to be 16+ years, new to the wonderful world of gyms and available on the following dates:
Thursday 9, 16, 23, 30 March and 6 April 2023 (15 minute assessments will take place on 9 March)

Time: 9.15am – 10.15am
Cost: Free
Venue: Kwinana Recquatic, cnr Robbos Way and Skerne St, Kwinana

Creche available.
Sessions will be facilitated by a female personal trainer.
