Kwinana City Centre Place Plan - Phase 3 Loop Back Survey

We want to hear from those who contributed to the Kwinana Place Plan - Phase 1 Engagement Survey!
During the engagement (phase 2) we talked to lots of different people - kids, young people, families, shoppers, workers, people who go to the Recquatic Centre, Art Centre, ZONE Youth Space, Darius Resource Centre, shop owners and people from the Retirement Village - we now want to make sure we got it right!


The Kwinana City Centre public & shared spaces included in our focus area are:


Each area does something special, but together they make the City Centre unique, interesting and have a variety of things to do and see.

  1. Civic Precinct -  Koorliny Arts Centre, The Grove, Kwinana Police Station, The Department of Fire and Emergency Services (DFES) and City of Kwinana Council Chambers & Administration Centre
  2. Residential Precinct - Medium density housing  
  3. City Centre Street Precinct - Darius Resource Centre, The Zone Youth Space, Kwinana Recquatic, The Kwinana Local, Aldi, and a mix of health services and commercial offices
  4. Retail Precinct - Kwinana Marketplace, retail, services and mix of fast food
  5. Commercial Precinct - Bendigo Bank, State Swim and mix of retail & services
