Welcome to the City of Kwinana's Strategic Community Plan

We're eager to hear about your visions for the City in 30 years, as Kwinana heads towards one hundred. Your input is key to shaping our future, please take a moment to share your views below and make sure your voice counts in building the tomorrow we all dream of.

The Strategic Community Plan is the City’s guiding strategic document and represents our community’s long-term vision, values, aspirations and priorities and what we will do to achieve them. This document drives the City’s budgeting, planning, resource allocations and service delivery, in order to focus our efforts and align our activities to achieve our community’s vision.

To ensure that the community’s changing aspirations are reflected, a minor review of the plan is undertaken every two years, and a major review every four years. We are currently commencing our major review, which is expected to be adopted in June 2025.

We want to thank the Kwinana community for being actively involved in our decision-making processes, our community engagement has now concluded. Thank you to everyone for your participation, your input has been invaluable in building the City's Strategic Community Plan and Corporate Business Plan.

Strategic Community Plan adoption

The City's Strategic Community Plan and Corporate Business Plans have now been prepared and will be presented to Council at the Ordinary Council Meeting scheduled to be held on 25 June 2025.

If you have questions please contact Alicia Mangalavite on 9439 0265 or email alicia.mangalavite@kwinana.wa.gov.au.
