    Facilitated by Rick Smith from Elite Business Performance,this workshop will cover:

    • The roles of the Committee and Treasurer
    • Simple budgeting and reporting tips
    • How to develop a funding strategy
    • Where to look for funding
    • How to obtain and retain sponsors
    • Where to find grants
    • How to prepare (and acquit) a successful grant application
    • How to implement a sales and renewal strategy

It focuses on empowering clubs and groups with effective communication techniques to confidently support people with disabilities. So come and learn how to attract and engage knowledgeable, skillful, and passionate individuals with diverse abilities to contribute to your club or group.
