How do we book our seasonal tenancies dates?

    All bookings for each club can be input up to 3 years in advance to SpacetoCo. It is each clubs responsibility to ensure pre-season training, in-season training, competition dates, finals and fundraisers/events are confirmed in SpacetoCo before accessing a facility or oval/field. 

    Log into your clubs SpacetoCo account and use the calendar icon to view your current and future bookings. 

    - If you need to change a booking, submit a request for change or submit cancellations for dates not required. 

    - For adding a new ongoing regular booking, email booking@kwinana.wa.gov.au or use the message function in SpacetoCo to contact the bookings team with your request. 

    - For adding once off or pre/out of season bookings, make as a casual booking, and upon processing the bookings team will apply a seasonal discount code so you will not be required to make an upfront payment.

    How do I make a facility maintenance request?

    What day is lawn mowing done?

    Lawn mowing is always done on Thursdays fortnightly. Delays to this schedule may be affected by oval bookings, mower breakdowns, and wet weather. The parks team endeavor to get all mowing completed on a Thursday but it is possible this could also happen flow onto a Friday morning. 

    Friday afternoon after a lawn mowing day would be the best time for line marking. If you hire a private contractor and want to guarantee line marking can be completed at a certain time each week, it would be wise to book the oval out on SpacetoCo.

    How do I get a new swipe card, alarm code, key or light code?

    Explain the building and access required, and provide the names, positions, email address and mobile numbers of the club people who will be responsible for keeping keys/alarm code/light codes in their care. Note that each club will only have access to three keys/swipe cards per season.

    Allow 5-10 business days for new keys/swipes to be provided.
