Information and Networking Night - Wednesday 24 April 2024

On Wednesday 24 April, we hosted our second Information and Networking Night for the year "Using Canva for Social Media". The workshop was facilitated by Sarah, owner and founder of local business Online Social Butterfly. Sarah has over 15 years of experience in corporate marketing and communications.

The session covered:

• tips on how to increase engagement on social media posts using tools such as creating and using a "hashtag" for your Club #KwinanaClubs and getting Club members to share posts
• when is the best time to post (anytime!) and
• can you post too much (short answer...no!)
• how to use Canva to create social media posts
• using Canva to create a style guide template
