The Orelia Bike Library stands as a testament to the power of collaboration, as it brings together the City of Kwinana, Orelia Primary School, WA Police and Neighbourhood Watch. The initial batch of bicycles and scooters has been generously contributed by the Police, showcasing their commitment to this wonderful cause.
