Bertram Neighbourhood Centre - Place Plan 2025

We are currently gathering feedback from the Bertram community which will be collated and reviewed to inform a set of unique actions to activate, revitatilise and enhance Bertram's Neighbourbourhood Centre. This action plan, will be part of the larger Place Plan document that will also provide a snapshot of the distinct character of Bertram. The Place Plan document will outline guiding principles for working together on a range of community-led and City supported projects that meet outcomes set in the action plan over the next 18 months.

The Bertram Place Plan will be a guide for how The City of Kwinana and the community can collaborate and work together to shape, change and add to enhance Bertram's Neighbourhood Centre.
